CHILI CON QUESO DIP
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup (4 oz) chopped green chiles, drained
1/4 cup half & half
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
black olives, optional
Heat all over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Makes 1 1/4 c. dip
