Friday Night Chilli

Friday Night Chili
2 lbs. hamburger
2 TBSP chili powder
2 large onions, chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. ground red pepper
2 cups water
tsp. hot sauce

Cook first 3 ingredients in a dutch oven over medium-high heat until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring until meat crumbles. Drain Well. Stir in beans and next 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Yield: 2 quarts.
